FarmRoots ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FarmRoots platform (the "Service"), an online marketplace connecting farmers, aspiring farmers, mentors, and agricultural communities. We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, including the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86), the Washington Data Breach Notification Law (RCW 19.255.010), and the Washington My Health MY Data Act (RCW 70.372) to the extent applicable.

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain platform functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no uniform standard exists.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information longer as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

In the event of a data breach involving Washington state residents' personal information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with RCW 19.255.010 without unreasonable delay and no later than 30 days after discovery.

FarmRoots is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
