Chandler Pond Farm

We focus on utilizing an interconnected system as close to nature intended as possible- the grass feeds the cows, the cows make the manure, the manure builds the soil, healthy soil grows grass and the crops, and they feed the cows and the people. Everything is part of the living loop.

By design, about 95% of what we produce is sold direct to consumer, through the farmstand, u-picks, memberships, workshops, and our website. We love bringing people here to see where their food comes from, ask questions, and connect with the hands and place that raised it. Over the years, the farm has become a well-loved part of the community, a gathering place, a retreat, and somewhere locals and newcomers alike can regularly enjoy and depend on for quality, local goods, tasty treats, and smiling farmers.

Chandler Pond Farm is a 250-acre diversified, family-owned farm in Wheelock, VT, managing an additional 150 acres of hay ground in surrounding towns. We've been living and farming here for 10 years on conserved land we care deeply about, and we're building something meant to last, for our family, our community, and the land itself.
